Lonely Woods Estates Rates
Brand new cottage to rent 2 miles from downtown Hancock. This cottage was made with the snowmobiler in mind. The cottage is located very close to a snowmobile trail. There is a heated garage attached to the cottage where you can either park up to 4 snowmobiles or one vehicle.
The cottage sleeps 10 comfortably and has a full bathroom on the first floor and a half bathroom on the second floor. There are 3 bedrooms, a loft area, and an open kitchen and living room area.
The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave. All cooking essentials are available: plates, utensils, pots and pans, glasses, etc. All linens, towels and sheets are provided.
Catered parties are available with 24 hour notice. Grocery delivery service is available. Also, massages are available upon request.
Winter rates:
Daily - $150.00 + taxes (6 people maximum each additional person $25.00 per day)
Stay any 3 days during the week for $400.00 + taxes
Weekly - $800.00 + taxes (6 days and 7 nights)
Summer rates:
$100.00 per day + taxes (6 people maximum each additional person $25.00 per day)
Stay 3 days during the week (weekdays only) and pay $250.00 plus taxes
Weekly $600.00 + taxes (6 days and 7 nights)
